So due to a quirky series of events I won a pair of tickets to the Premier of New Moon which is apparently supposed to be super special awesome, and people are killing each other for the tickets.

So obviously, me being all disinterested in the movie, I decided to mess with people.

This is how it went down:

Ceirwy: *puts a milk crate in the middle of traffic flow in the college forum*
Students: *stare* What is she doing?
Ceirwy: *straightens clothes and stands on crate pulling tickets out*

"FREE NEW MOON PREMIER TICKETS TO THE FIRST PERSON TO STRIP DOWN TO UNDERWEAR RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW!"

Students: What? You serious?
Ceirwy: "As serious as death. now FREE FUCKING TICKETS FOR ANYONE WHO STRIPS!!"

*A squeal racks through the crowd*
*3 farely attractive girls burst through the foot traffic, pushing and yelling. And in record time strip down*
Students: *stare*
Male students: *whistle*
Ceirwy: *cackles* We have a winner! Here you go hun enjoy yourself.

I am every now male student's hero at the college. I also got to see pretty girls in their underwear. Win win all around XD.

I can see how people could be declared insane after 72 hours. I'm on hour 32 and I can't focus, my stomach is rolling and I can't hold conversations longer than 1 sentence at a time. It's the same feeling I get after having 2 shots of tequila. I'm having a hard time keeping awake long enough to pick up my RA shift never mind be awake for another day and a half.

Why do I do this to myself?

Yes I speak of the greatness that is Halloween. I am a college kid dressed as... wait for it... A NINJA. Yes yes. Awesome right? Lol I'm wearing a black catsuit with a short yukata-like thing over it (it's actually a silk la senza short bathrobe) along with sash, bitch boots and a plastic katana. Not to mention I gelled my hair into this spike like thing that just makes me look like I could seriously kick your ass. I freakin love dress up.

Too few people dress up at college but the few that do are just winners. Already today I've hugged a girl in a mascot bunny suit (no sexy/slutty bunnies here), watched a guy in a dinosaur costume get chased by a guy in a meteor costume (Oh you Sciences Majors!), got in a sword fight with a Jedi (the force was strong with him), talked with a trio of elemental goddesses and got some free drink tickets and candy from a secret agent (the student association is Mission Impossible themed this year). Day's not even over yet! I'm still going the Rocky Horror Picture Show playing at the MP Theater and partying with my friends later (who happen to be going as Power Rangers XD.)

I will say it again, Halloween is awesome!

I just finished a midterm. My sociology midterm. It wasn't all that complicated, though the professor needs help formulating his questions next time because some of them sentences had a few too many words or awkward wording. Mah, hazards of having a Malaysian Prof.

I'm slowly prepping for Thanksgiving on Monday. The turkey invaded my ice box and staked it's claim as the sole occupant. He's a huge sucker and I had to take everything else in there out just so he (wait is it a she?) could fit. I've also got the potatoes sitting in the cupboard under the sink just calling out to be mashed. I'm very excited. My family is coming up to spend it with me since I can't leave this year. RA duties are keeping me on campus.

I've also got a passion part tonight. I've never been to one so I have no idea what to expect. I'm mostly going out just to support my friend who's throwing it. I hear it's kinda like a Tupperware party only with battery powered recreational... penises. XD Should be entertaining at least. I just hope no one asks me to take pictures of the event again.

Lactose tablets are heaven sent. I take 2-4 before every meal that has some kind of dairy and it keeps me from being sick for three days after. Now, I've never had them with something like ice cream before since that would just be asking for it, but they save me from a lot of trouble.

Downside? They are expensive and not perfect. A bottle of about 80 tablets costs me $25-$30. I need to buy one every 3 weeks. Also, while I'm eating they make my stomach hurt. Like cramping and pinching. Not exactly comfortable. And I still have to take calcium pills daily because my absorption rate is very very small.

But, I guess I'll live with it because I'd prefer to be healthy.

So um, too much stuff on my plate all at once. October sucks.

And yet I still have time to procrastinate.
Sometimes I wonder how I ever get by.

So our bathroom smells horrible. Kinda like a mix of puke and Herbal Essences shampoo. Thing is, none of my roommates have puked in that bathroom since we got here (despite their constant going out... It's impressive.) So what is that smell? It came out of no where yesterday. Though, last week there was a faint something in there too.

It's probably the apartment next to us... We happen to share a bathroom vent with them.

That or it's the ghost of a drunken sorority sister haunting our bathroom.

So my Psych teacher today was talking about Freud and his many crazy theories (that dude is messed up.) And she was trying to explain to us how is theories were tested....

Only instead of saying "Testable Theories" she said "Testicle Theories."

I have never laughed so hard mid class.

He took teh time to explain himself. He could have just said "No I don't support this." But instead he explained it so eloquently and perfectly.

I put a tenant on probation today. Do to the information protection act I can't say much about it, but I can say it involved a fire extinguisher, an open window and a box of mice.

I shit you not.

So I had this conversation with two of my tenants today:

Girl #1: Wow you're really pretty.
Girl #2 : Yeah I totally expected my RA to be some little nerdy girl but you're like, hot.
Girl #1: Well not hot but.. very very pretty. Like.. dramatic pretty.
Me: Eh... thanks?
Girl #2: No! This is totally a good thing. It's just, we usually only use 'hot' for girls that are the ... well California types, ya know?
Me: Oh.. that kinda makes sense... I guess.
Girl #1: So,yeah. You're definitely dramatic pretty.
Girl #2: Yeah you're like... very normal looking, but when you turn to look at someone, you get that delayed 'wow' effect.
Girl #1: Yeah. You have so little makeup on but it's all in your eyes.
Girl #2: Yeah. Your eyes are like DRAMATIC. You know, with all capitals.
girl #1: It really suits you. Not a lot of people pull that off.
Girl #2: So like where did you learn to do that?
Me: A drag queen.
Girls: *blink* Ohhhhhh


Funny part was these girls weren't even high.

Going to Yuk Yuk's tonight. It's a comedy our and it's stopping at our college tonight. I've managed to talk just about all the residents in my tower to go. It'll be super fun.
